Worthless!

After I spent a lot of time editing a document and saving it, the file was there, but all the edits were gone. What good is this? When you click on developer support, it takes you to a page with his name on it but no way to leave a message or ask for help. I guess I just got screwed out of my money and a lot of time. Look out for anything from this developer! How can I get my money back?
